Privacy notice
This notice explains how Potentia handles the personal information you give us through this website. It follows the Privacy Act 2020. If you sit an ATLIS assessment, the assessment has its own consent and privacy information, which you will see before you start.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, work email, organisation, and, if you give them, your role, what you are considering and your message.
- White paper form: your name and work email.
- How you found us: the link or campaign that brought you to the site, sent with either form.
- Your updates choice: whether you ticked "Don't send me ATLIS updates".
- Site usage: anonymous, aggregated page statistics from Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not identify you.
If you leave out your name or work email, or your organisation on the enquiry form, we can't reply to you or send the white paper.
This website sets no cookies.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a scoping conversation.
- To send you the white paper you asked for.
- To send you occasional ATLIS updates, unless you ticked the box to opt out. Every update includes an unsubscribe link, and we stop within five working days of you using it.
Who sees it
Julian Lambert and the Potentia staff who need it to respond to you. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Two service providers handle it on our behalf: Vercel, which hosts this website and its analytics, and Resend, which delivers the form to our inbox. They may store or process it outside New Zealand, and they may use it only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email us at julian@potentia.co.nz. If you are not happy with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
